The beds were exceptionally comfortable. the room had a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area. - the bathroom was spacious and had bathtubs. - the hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, Bangla area, Patong beach, night markets, and the city center.

Comfortable rooms and great location with nearby food market and shopping center. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. the hotel management can assist with anything you need, from bike rentals to trips and transportation.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and they were able to accommodate all of our needs. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we appreciated the fresh towels and sheets every day. The AC unit worked well to keep us cool during the hot days.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great service and clean rooms, but that's where the positives stop. The hotel was situated in a less-crowded area with access to nearby convenience stores. However, there was constant drilling and construction noise, even on New Year's Eve.

The hotel had no designated smoking areas, and people were allowed to light up wherever they pleased. Not worth staying at, let alone paying extra for.
